Organization setup

1. Open Settings and Organization identity.
2. Review the name, visual identity and company color.
3. Set the time zone, date format and available currencies.
4. Review operating settings before entering live data.

Build the structure

1. Open Organization structure.
2. Add the central kitchen or other operating locations.
3. Add branches and assign the correct location type.
4. Activate only locations that are ready to use.

Why structure matters

Users, batches, assets, tasks and reports are scoped to locations. The structure affects visibility, transfers and filters.
