Sequential quality checks
Sequential QC presents questions from the batch recipe version at the correct stage.
When it appears
It appears when the batch recipe version has questions for the current stage and the user has review permission.
- Questions may be yes/no or values within a range.
- Answers, reviewer and time are saved.
- The reviewer can confirm that no questions exist for a stage when required.
Run the check
- Open the batch awaiting review.
- Review recipe, quantity and dates.
- Answer stage questions.
- Approve or reject and provide a reason when required.
- Review QC history in batch details.
Result
Approval moves the batch forward. Rejection records the decision and reason and feeds violations and rejected-batch reports.
